Dash is a contractor working for the Syndicate. He is partnered with Top-rope.

Dash has long black hair which is tied into a pony tail. He has a white swirl pattern on the top and left side of his head.[1]

Dash has the ability to move at super-human speed,[2] and he is able to use it to leap high in the air.[3]

Part in Story[]
Along with Top-rope, Dash is dispatched to capture Yin. As they enter a building, they spot Yin. Top-rope points out that there is an escape route, prompting Dash to say she won't make it and he uses his ability to appear behind her while Top-rope prepares to tie her up. However, they are surprised by the appearance of Champ, who quickly defeats Top-rope. Dash is shot by Champ as he attempts to flee out a window and falls to the ground.[4]
Later, at the Nishijima Group Headquarters, Dash and Top-rope silently stand beside Abigail as she apologizes to Commander Nishijima and explains about the mechanical properties of Champ.[5] Later, Dash wakes up Top-rope late at night. Top-rope asks why he hasn't turned on the light, prompting Dash to say that he is concerned, noting that there are no security patrols even though it is time for their patrol. Noting that Dash's instincts are usually accurate, he says the should leave. As they move through the building, they are attacked by a group of soldiers. Top-rope wonders if they are Contractors, but Dash says they are human. As he tries to attack one of the soldiers, Dash notices two hand grenades being thrown at him and is killed when they explode.[6]
