Kenneth is a member of the Meyer & Hilton company. He and Luc are assigned to convince Kōzō Tahara to rejoin the organization.

Kenneth has long blonde hair, blue eyes, purple shirt, grey suit, and pink tie. He has a beard on his face.

Even though his partner is a Contractor, he tells him that he hates Contractors.^[1]

Part in the StoryEdit

The Black ContractorEdit

Kenneth and Luc try to hire Kozo Tahara, but he refuses and tells him that he is not coming back to work for him. In order to force him to reconsider, they attempt to kidnap Tahara's daughter, Mai Kashiwagi.^[1] Capturing her proves difficult due to her being a Moratoria, but Luc eventually manages to capture her. They detain her at a warehouse where they await the arrival of Tahara. However, Hei arrives first and attacks them. During the battle, Tahara arrives and Kenneth demands that the scientist hand over his research. Tahara insists that he let his daughter go first, which Kenneth does. Tahara throws a dead plant on the ground, claiming it is his research, angering Kenneth. When Tahara tries to kill his daughter, Luc kills him. After Hei kills Luc, Mai turns to Kenneth and ignores both Kenneth's and Hei's pleas not to kill him. She burns him to death when he points his gun at her.^[2]
