Orchester is an organisation that experimented on Contractors. These experiments were known as "Project Wiegenlied". Klang, Canon, and Musik were all used in the experiments. The Orchester researchers were attempting to use Musik's powers to transfer Contractors abilities into Dolls which they could then use as an "army of puppet soldiers".
