In the first season of Darker than Black, Hei stays in the Umitsuki Apartment complex that is owned by Misuzu Ōyama and her husband, Toshiro Ōyama. Lewis, Babo, Irene, and Joshua rent apartments here too. Shinoda Chiaki also rented here, before she was killed.
